We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation to completion
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Assist with daily reports/RFIs/ Submittals/ monthly Payment for owner/subcontractors and closeout procedure
- Prepare the project schedule & generate 2 weeks look-ahead schedule
- Schedule and attend owner’s meetings as required
- Assist with project monitoring, budgeting, scheduling, submittals, payments, closeout etc.
- Prepare payments using AIA documents to owner is a must
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management in the construction field
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
