Job Description

Job Description Be part of a century-long story of making things better

In 1924, Alfred Fain opened a small tire shop in Rhode Island. Nearly 100 years later, Teknor Apex has grown into a global custom compounder with nine U.S. sites and additional operations in Belgium, Singapore, Germany, and China. Still privately held and led by the founder’s grandson, we’re a company where relationships—with teammates and customers—power innovation.

“Manufacturing is a team sport and we work together to achieve our goals.” ~Jon Fain

Imagine your shift beginning with a quick huddle on the production floor. You verify job tickets, double‑check item and lot numbers, set up the next run, and keep a clean, safe workstation. When an issue pops up, your troubleshooting instincts kick in—and the line keeps moving.
