What You Will Do

  • Identify and grow new business opportunities across both untapped and existing accounts.
  • Build tailored account and territory plans to maximize revenue and customer impact.
  • Understand each customers technology goals, business priorities, and talent initiatives, and position Pluralsight as their trusted partner.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and communicate effectively with senior executives, including C-Suite and technology leaders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including business development, customer success, marketing, product, and sales engineering to deliver value.
  • Travel as needed to strengthen relationships and advance strategic sales opportunities.

Who You Are

  • You have 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably selling complex SaaS solutions.
  • You have a proven record of exceeding $1M revenue targets and closing six-figure deals.
  • You thrive on hunting for new opportunities and turning them into long-term relationships.
  • You are skilled at navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise environments and engaging senior executives.
  • You are familiar with MEDDPICC or a similar value-based selling framework.
  • SaaS and enterprise software experience is required; EdTech experience is a plus.
  • You communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
