Compensation:
$55,000 - $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based counseling to clients, ensuring their mental health needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that empower clients to achieve their goals.
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' unique challenges and strengths, using this information to guide therapeutic interventions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development, attending CE training opportunities to enhance your skills and stay current with industry best practices.
- Advocate for clients' needs within the community, connecting them with additional resources and support services as necessary to promote holistic well-being.
