Our Medical Secretary has several responsibilities as a support team for our company. You should be passionate about caring for others and a team player. The secretary must be versatile and capable of focusing on several responsibilities at once. Duties will include scheduling appointments, compiling and recording medical charts, reports, and correspondence.
We are working hard to manage the care of many patients who need support with kidney disease. We are fast-paced practice; you should have positive energy and be great at multi-tasking...and have a natural drive to care for others.

Our new teammate should have some additional skills listed below:
- Nephrology experience is a plus but not necessary
- Strong Computer literacy skills, including Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to be self-directed, coupled with exemplary time management skills and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail, organized, and excellent decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
- Phone management
