Office Clerk
Job Description
We are seeking a Office Clerk for our Fort Myers location to join our team! You will be responsible for managing clerical duties and assignments to aid our Fort Myers branch. Daily activities include providing support to our professional office staff and being a direct point of contact for our customers or potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Making out bond calls to potential clients
- Screening and directing in-bound calls
- Setting appointments
- tracking appointments and leads
- Following up with customers
- Serving as the customer service liaison for the client
- data entry tasks as required
- all other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Previous office experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Strong leadership qualities
