What You’ll Do
- Create & Build: Cut and assemble wooden pallets using powered and hand tools.
- Package with Care: Prepare, package, and crate products for safe shipping.
- Stay Sharp: Verify part quantities and types against customer orders and spot shortages before they become issues.
- Own Your Work: Follow shop orders, collaborate with leads, and keep production flowing.
- Drive Efficiency: Meet or beat production goals while maintaining top-notch quality.
- Think Safety First: Operate tools and equipment responsibly and follow all safety guidelines.
- Keep It Organized: Practice 5S principles and maintain a clean, efficient workspace.
- Grow & Improve: Participate in continuous improvement activities and cross-train in other areas.
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic math and measuring skills (we’ll help you sharpen them!).
- Comfortable with PCs for scanning and data entry.
- Ability to read and follow instructions in English (translation assistance available upon request).
- Skilled with tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools.
- A team player with strong time management and attention to detail.
