We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in the events industry

Job: On site
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Pay Range: $900 - $1250 per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of various events and functions.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure all logistical needs are met.
  • Support the event manager in the creation of event timelines and schedules.
  • Help in setting up and breaking down event spaces before and after events.
  • Assist with registration and guest management during events.
  • Maintain detailed records of events and vendor contracts for future reference.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in hospitality, communications, or event management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
