Minimum 1+ years Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Support an inclusive education environment near the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area, making a daily difference in the lives of students as a dedicated paraprofessional. In this impactful role, you'll work one-on-one with a student, providing essential classroom and personal care assistance, including toileting and diapering support, for 37.5 hours each week in a welcoming school community.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting children or young adults in a school, daycare, or similar setting
  • Ability and willingness to provide one-on-one assistance, including required personal care tasks
  • Compassionate, patient, and adaptable nature with a genuine interest in fostering student achievement
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, collaborating with teachers and school staff
  • Commitment to confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times

Core Responsibilities:

  • Offer individualized support to the assigned student, helping with academics, social integration, and communication
  • Assist with toileting and diapering requirements respectfully and efficiently
  • Encourage positive behavior and independence, following established educational and behavioral plans
  • Maintain clear communication with teachers, therapists, and family members as needed
  • Help ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all students
  • Document daily progress or concerns as required by the school or program
