Accounts Payable Specialist – Contract to Hire | Mayfield Heights, OH | Up to $24/hr

What You’ll Do:
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
- Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support month-end close and collaborate across departments
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues
What You Bring:
- 1+ year of experience in accounts payable or a related accounting role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma required; associate degree in accounting or finance preferred
