Primary responsibility of the position is taking information via email and phone and organizing it for the plant.
Duties and responsibilities.
- Be the initial contact for customers, gathering necessary information to determine the nature of the quote or order to meet the customers' expectations.
- Serving as a liaison between the customer and plant.
Qualifications
- Able to be an independent worker possessing excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working on a computer and the phone
- High school diploma or GED.
