Senior Technical Recruiter

We’re seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join a fast-paced team supporting IT and engineering hiring initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong agency background who thrives in a high-volume, client-facing environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across IT and engineering
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn and other channels
- Partner closely with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs
- Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining speed and quality of delivery
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally within an agency/staffing environment
- Proven success sourcing hard-to-find, passive technical talent.
- Strong understanding of IT roles (infrastructure, software, cloud, etc.)
- Executive search experience is a strong plus, particularly at senior or leadership levels
- Excellent communication skills and ability to operate in a fast-moving environment
