We are seeking a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist with professional experience in Traditional Thai Massage to join our spa team in Sugar Land, TX. This role involves delivering high-quality therapeutic massage services in a calm and elegant environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide a variety of massage therapies including Thai massage, Swedish, deep tissue, and prenatal, with a focus on stretching, Sen line techniques, and in-session adjustments

Conduct client assessments, including health history intake and pain evaluation, to design personalized treatment plans

Maintain a clean, organized treatment space and accurate client records; offer treatment package recommendations

Participate in continuing education and learn advanced techniques such as hot stone, cupping, or herbal compress therapy

Occasionally assist with light product recommendations or service upgrades
Qualifications:

Valid Texas Massage Therapy License (LMT)

Graduation from an accredited massage therapy program (minimum 500 training hours)

1+ years of hands-on experience preferred

Proven experience in Thai massage techniques required

Strong understanding of body mechanics and anatomy

Excellent communication and client care skills

CPR/First Aid certification preferred
