Job Description:
- Answer and direct incoming calls ensuring professional and prompt service
- Monitor and manage the department’s shared email inbox using Microsoft Outlook; respond to or redirect inquiries as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate logs of public inquiries, correspondence, and follow-ups.
- Calendaring and scheduling
- Assist in the drafting and proofreading of internal memos and public communications.
- Perform routine clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Admisitriatve Experience is aplu but recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in administrative assistance tasks, including scheduling and data entry
- Strong ability to handle inbound calls and manage receptionist duties
- Familiarity with office procedures and clerical responsibilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Ability to use office equipment including fax and scanner
