Job Description:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls ensuring professional and prompt service
  • Monitor and manage the department’s shared email inbox using Microsoft Outlook; respond to or redirect inquiries as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate logs of public inquiries, correspondence, and follow-ups.
  • Calendaring and scheduling
  • Assist in the drafting and proofreading of internal memos and public communications.
  • Perform routine clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.


  • Admisitriatve Experience is aplu but recent graduates encouraged to apply
  • Proficiency in administrative assistance tasks, including scheduling and data entry
  • Strong ability to handle inbound calls and manage receptionist duties
  • Familiarity with office procedures and clerical responsibilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Ability to use office equipment including fax and scanner
