Customer Service Representative – Call Center Location: AZ (Must reside in Arizona) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Employment Type: Long-term temporary opportunity - Until September of 2026
Calling all call center pros with serious staying power! If you've spent 4+ years mastering the art of customer service, we want to meet you. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems, enjoys helping people, and knows how to keep cool in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Be the first friendly voice customers hear when they call
- Help with billing questions and process secure payments
- Keep customer orders updated, accurate, and on track
- Create service cases and escalate issues when needed
- Document customer interactions with precision in CRM systems
- Meet performance goals for quality, accuracy, and speed
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of consistent work experience in your most recent role
- Preferably 2+ years in customer service or call center work
- Confidence handling payments and sensitive customer information
- Strong communication skills and a knack for solving problems
- Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask across systems
- Dependable, punctual, and a true team player
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
