This opportunity seeks a skilled Staff Pharmacist to provide per diem coverage in Harrisville, NY, during the period of October 12th through 16th. This role requires a detail-oriented and patient-focused professional to support prescription verification and deliver exceptional patient counseling.
Location: Harrisville, NY
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- Day Shift: 9am – 6pm
- Closed on weekends
Responsibilities:
- Verify prescriptions accurately to ensure patient safety
- Provide patient counseling to educate and address questions regarding medications
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
Qualifications:
- Current New York State Pharmacist license in good standing
- Experience as a staff pharmacist, familiar with medication dispensing and patient interaction
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
