Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Provide exceptional service by ensuring customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Policy Management: Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies, making changes, and ensuring they have the appropriate coverage.

Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve client concerns and issues with a positive and proactive approach.

Renewal Processing: Manage policy renewals to ensure continuous coverage for clients.

Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty.

Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and high-quality client service experience.


Requirements

Experience: At least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities

Customer-Focused: A strong dedication to delivering outstanding service and solving client challenges

Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and provide effective solutions

Organizational Skills: Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using insurance management software and general office applications

Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team and foster a positive work environment

Availability: Ability to work on-site at our East Dundee location with a flexible schedule
