Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Perform thorough assessments to address the physical, emotional, and holistic needs of each patient.

Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Registered Nurse, with a preference for 1 year in Hospice Care.
- Licensure: Must be a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania with valid CPR certification.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational and communication skills are essential.
- Transportation: Must have a vehicle, a valid driver's license, and insurance.
