Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and become the trusted link between the company and our valued distributor/dealer network. In this dynamic role, you’ll serve as the primary in-office contact for dealers, guiding them through the order process and resolving inquiries with precision and care. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales representatives to ensure smooth order management and foster positive, long-lasting relationships. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at problem-solving, and bring exceptional communication skills and attention to detail, we’d love to have you on our team. Your ability to build trust and deliver outstanding service will make a real impact.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of recent customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDrive, etc.)
  • Collaborative mindset and a willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.

Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 AM- 4:30 PM, 1 hour lunch
