A travel nursing opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse skilled in Stepdown care. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care by floating between Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Telemetry (Tele), and Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) units. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and proficient in managing complex patient needs across these critical care settings.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing
- At least 1 year of experience in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) nursing
- Valid ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills with the ability to adapt across multiple units
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide direct nursing care for patients in PCU, Telemetry, and Med Surg units
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, recognizing changes and initiating appropriate interventions
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare standards
- Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism when transitioning between units
