A registered nurse with specialized experience in cath lab procedures is required for a contract position at a medical center in White House, TN. This role involves performing and assisting with cardiac catheterizations and other interventional procedures using advanced equipment such as Philips cath lab systems and Merge hemo technology. The unit utilizes Meditech EMR for documentation and emphasizes delivering high-quality patient care in a technologically advanced setting.

Responsibilities
- Perform left and right heart catheterizations, stent placements, peripheral angiographies, and pacemaker procedures, including Linq implant and explant.
- Administer moderate sedation safely and monitor patients throughout procedures.
- Document patient information and procedural details accurately using Meditech EMR.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes and experiences.
- Adhere to unit guidelines, dress codes, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure with cath lab nursing experience.
- ACLS certification required; BLS preferred.
- Proficiency in moderate sedation techniques.
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm or 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
