As an Account Representative, you'll be the primary liaison between our company and our clients, managing existing relationships while acquiring new business. Main responsibilities include driving sales, resolving customer issues, processing orders, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Serving as the main point of contact, building long-lasting relationships, and addressing client needs.
- Sales Growth: Prospecting for new leads, cold-calling, and up-selling/cross-selling to existing clients.
- Administration: Handling billing, contracts, and updating CRM systems with client interactions.
- Problem Resolution: Addressing complaints and troubleshooting issues to maintain client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and manage relationships.
- Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or account management is preferred but not required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
