Occupational Therapist (OT) assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting for a 13-week contract with 35 guaranteed hours per week working day shifts from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat residents with physical, cognitive, and functional impairments to improve independence, safety, and overall quality of life. This role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams to provide individualized patient-centered therapy services within a post-acute and long-term care environment.\n\nRequirements:\n\nActive Occupational Therapist license required
\nSkilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
\nMinimum 1-2 years of OT experience preferred
\nActive BLS certification required
\nStrong patient evaluation and treatment planning skills required
\nExperience with geriatric rehabilitation and ADL training preferred
\nKnowledge of adaptive equipment and functional mobility interventions preferred
\nStrong communication and documentation skills required
\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a rehab team required
