Job DescriptionExciting Pharmacist Opportunity in Indiana and Kentucky-
We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Pharmacist to join our rapidly growing team in Indiana. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-volume pharmacy environment with a strong focus on specialty services and retail. Due to increased business and growth, we are expanding our team, offering a unique opportunity for both Indiana and Kentucky licensed pharmacists * if you can get licensure in IN. - Fulfillment Center (Indiana): 5 days per week, responsible for filling prescriptions in a controlled, secure environment with oversight of a team of technicians and shippers.
- Oversee the dispensing of high-volume prescriptions, including controlled substances, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Lead and supervise pharmacy technicians and shippers to ensure efficient operations and meet fulfillment goals.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to prescription dispensing, including C2 drugs.
- Provide consultations to patients, offering expert advice on prescription medications and usage.
- Ability to handle and dispense refrigerated medications as well as sexual enhancement drugs in a closed pharmacy setting.
- Occasionally stand for extended periods during shifts to ensure operational efficiency.
- Work a flexible schedule to support the team
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Pharmacist License in Indiana (or Kentucky with willingness to obtain Indiana licensure).
- Proven experience in high-volume pharmacy settings (retail or specialty).
- Strong personality and communication skills to engage with patients and lead a team.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, filling up to 10,000 prescriptions daily.
- Retail pharmacy background preferred (e.g., Walgreens, Walmart, Chewy).
- Flexibility to perform various duties as needed and set an example for others.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation Range: $110,000 - $135,000 annually, depending on experience, licensure, and certifications.
- Bonuses: Annual 5.77% AIP (Achievement Incentive Plan) bonus, prorated for the first year, typically paid out in March.

Work Schedule:
- Shifts:
- Fulfillment Center: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Indiana)
- 2 days in Indiana and 2 days in Kentucky (ideal scenario)
