Pay: From $39-$45/hr, based off experience

Location: Lewisville, TX
Blazer Jobs is seeking an experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role with a school district in Lewisville, TX. The BCBA will provide leadership in designing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention programs to support students academic and social success. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about applied behavior analysis (ABA) in educational settings.

Requirements:

  • Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

  • Experience working with students with autism and other developmental disabilities in a school setting strongly preferred

  • Active Texas educator credentials (if required by the district)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

  • Provide direct consultation and training to teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff

  • Collect and analyze data to measure progress and adjust interventions as needed

  • Support IEP development and attend meetings to advocate for evidence-based strategies

  • Foster a positive, supportive environment that promotes student independence and success
