Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support student communication needs within school settings in and around Virginia Beach, VA. This role offers the opportunity to provide critical speech and language services to children who require individualized support to enhance their academic and social success. Qualified candidates will enjoy a combination of on-site work and travel between schools, fostering diverse experiences across educational environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
  • Travel between assigned schools to deliver services effectively.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP in Virginia.
  • Experience working in school settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, and school staff.
  • Ability to manage a caseload and maintain organized records.
