Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
• Operate and manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring calls are answered promptly and routed correctly.
• Handle inbound calls, providing accurate information and assistance as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, creating a welcoming environment.
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and document preparation.
• Ensure confidentiality and a high level of care when handling sensitive information.
• Respond to email inquiries and forward messages to the appropriate recipients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations.• Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles, preferably in an office environment requiring attention to detail.
• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and switchboards.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• A customer-focused attitude with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification is a plus.
