Job Description

A mission-driven community healthcare organization is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join its outpatient team serving an underserved and diverse patient population in Manhattan. This role focuses on adult primary care in a fully outpatient environment with a Monday-Friday schedule and no fieldwork required.

Compensation & Benefits

• $195,000 - Board Eligible
• $205,000 - Board Certified
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive adult primary care services in an outpatient setting
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Deliver preventive care and wellness services
• Manage patient panels while maintaining quality and productivity standards
• Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary team members
• Complete timely documentation within EMR
• Participate in quality improvement and peer review initiatives
• Supervise and support clinical support staff as needed

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completed residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Osteopathic Medicine
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active New York medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Commitment to caring for underserved populations
