Position Overview
The Finance Specialist works directly with customers at key points in the purchase process, ensuring each transaction is handled accurately, ethically, and in full compliance. This role supports financing, cash, and credit-union transactions while protecting the customer and the dealership. High moral standards and ethical decision-making are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with customers at the point of sale to review and complete purchase agreements
- Identify and address financing obstacles (DTI, proof of residency, down payment requirements, lender stipulations)
- Coordinate cash and credit-union transactions, including establishing lender contacts when applicable
- Introduce and present finance and protection products transparently and professionally
- Complete all closing paperwork after vehicle orientation
- Ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and funded promptly
- Follow up with lenders and internal teams to keep deliveries on track
Qualifications
- Dealership finance experience preferred (RV, marine, automotive, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Demonstrated integrity and high ethical standards
- Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Estimated annual compensation: $70,000 – $90,000, based on experience and performance
