Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language intervention in both individual and small group formats
- Implement and follow treatment plans aligned with students Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Monitor and document student progress, making session adjustments as needed
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Support a diverse student population within a single campus location, eliminating travel between sites
- Customize focus by working with your preferred age group within the K-12 range
Qualifications and Experience:
- Associates degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLPA license or eligibility for licensure in California
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively engage with educators and families
