What You’ll Do
As a key member of our team, you will help support smooth, efficient, and comfortable patient care by:

Lead, coach, and develop front office and support staff, fostering a positive, team-oriented culture

Oversee patient scheduling, check-in/check-out processes, and front desk workflows
-
Manage patient billing, insurance claims, and collections with accuracy and timeliness
-
Monitor practice financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and KPI reporting
-
Partner with the clinical team to ensure smooth coordination of patient care
-
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members
-
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and Squire Dental policies and procedures
-
Handle escalated patient concerns with professionalism and empathy
-
Conduct regular team meetings, providing updates on practice goals and company initiatives
-
Collaborate with Regional Managers and Squire Dental leadership on strategic initiatives
Qualifications
Required:
-
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Minimum 3 years of dental or healthcare office management experience
-
Strong leadership and people management skills
-
Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict-resolution skills
-
Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes
Preferred:
-
Proficiency in dental software systems (Denticon)
-
Experience managing budgets, payroll, and office KPIs
-
Prior supervisory experience with training and staff development
-
Familiarity with HR processes such as scheduling, employee relations, and compliance
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Standard dental office environment

Frequent sitting, computer work, and phone communication

Occasional walking between clinical and administrative areas

Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced situations with professionalism
