Executive Summary: HRUCKUS is looking for an experienced Senior UKG Program Manager to lead the end-to-end reimplementation of UKG Dimensions while simultaneously supporting a large-scale Workday HCM/Payroll implementation.
Position Description: This role will manage the full lifecycle UKG Dimensions reimplementation from planning through go-live and stabilization. The Senior Program Manager will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Nursing, Operations, and IT to coordinate integration between UKG Dimensions and Workday, manage vendors, lead remediation efforts for complex pay rules, and direct cutover planning and hypercare.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle UKG Dimensions reimplementation from planning through go-live and stabilization.
- Coordinate integration and alignment between UKG Dimensions and Workday.
- Manage project plans, RAID logs, resource plans, budgets, and executive reporting.
- Facilitate collaboration among HR, Payroll, Nursing, Clinical Operations, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
- Partner with UKG implementation teams on design, configuration, functionality, and best practices.
- Lead remediation efforts involving complex pay rules, shift differentials, work and schedule rules, accruals, overtime calculations, and internal controls.
- Manage vendors, implementation partners, and consultants.
- Lead workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Oversee change control, issue resolution, and project governance.
- Direct cutover planning, go-live readiness, hypercare, and transition to operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 10+ years of project management experience
- 5+ years focused on UKG Dimensions or Kronos Workforce Central with Dimensions migration experience
- Demonstrated leadership of at least one full UKG Dimensions implementation
- Demonstrated leadership of at least one UKG reimplementation involving remediation of legacy configurations
- Expertise in pay rule configuration, shift differentials, clinical scheduling models, internal controls, and compliance
- Expertise in timekeeping and payroll integrations
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM and Payroll
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to influence senior leadership and manage large cross-functional teams
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- Healthcare industry experience, specifically in large academic medical centers or complex 24/7 healthcare environments
- Workforce analytics experience
- UKG Dimensions expertise in healthcare settings
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification preferred
