Call Center Sales Representative – Carrollton, TX

What You’ll Do
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers planning a move
- Build rapport quickly and guide customers through the booking process
- Close sales with confidence using a consultative approach
- Navigate systems efficiently while staying engaged on the phone
- Bring energy, urgency, and a results-driven mindset to every call
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a competitive edge
- Self-motivated with a solid work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to show up every day
- Bring high energy to every call and confidently lead customers to a close
Schedule (Afternoon/Evening Shifts Only)
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Compensation
- $15–$17/hour base pay + commission
- Average earnings: $20–$25/hour with commission
- Top performers earn even more
