Minimum 1+ years Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time paraprofessional role is available in a school setting located in Greenfield, MA, from ASAP through the end of the current school year. This position involves supporting students in both 1:1 and group settings across a diverse K-12 caseload.

Responsibilities include working closely with teachers to assist with classroom activities, providing individualized support to students with varying needs, and implementing behavior plans when necessary. The paraprofessional will help foster a positive learning environment and contribute to the academic and social development of students.

Ideal candidates will hold a substitute teaching certificate and have experience in school-based roles or with behavior management. Experience working with students in special education or related settings is preferred, highlighting the ability to adapt to different student needs effectively.

Key Qualifications:

Valid substitute teaching certification required
Experience or training in school-based support roles preferred
Background in behavior management or support strongly desired
Comfortable working with students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade
Ability to support both individual and group learning environments
