Location: Beaufort, SC and surrounding counties
Travel: Limited to projects within a 30–40 mile radius
Industry: Commercial & Industrial Mechanical (Primarily Military Bases)
Company Vehicle: Provided
Pay range: $28 to $32+ an hour depending on experience
Position Summary
We are seeking an HVAC Project Superintendent to oversee commercial and industrial mechanical projects in the Beaufort, SC area. This position is responsible for managing field operations across multiple active job sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards.
Projects are located within a 30–40 mile radius of Beaufort, allowing for minimal travel and consistent local work.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple active HVAC job sites
- Supervise and coordinate field crews and daily field operations
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope
- Monitor quality control and enforce company standards
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment needs
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers and internal leadership
- Maintain compliance with military base access requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong background in commercial and/or industrial HVAC systems
- Proven experience supervising field crews
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working in secure or government facilities preferred
- Must successfully pass a drug screen
- Must successfully pass a background check (required for military base access)
