Company Information: A company in the Edinburgh area is looking to add a 1st Shift Welder/Fabricator to their team! Company is an Industrial Facility that builds equipment. Company is hiring immediately!
Pay/Benefits:
- Up to $24/HR
- Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance upon hire
- 401k, Vacation, PTO after hire on
Schedule: 1st shift
- Monday – Friday
- Voluntary overtime
Job Duties:
- Fabricate and assemble metal parts using MIG welding (TIG is a plus)
- Read blueprints and follow fabrication layouts
- Use shop equipment such as welders, torch, plasma cutter, press brake, and shear
- Measure and inspect parts to ensure accuracy
- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety policies
- Work independently with minimal supervision
Welder/Fabricator's Requirements:
- 2-5 years of welding/fabricating experience
- Ability to read blueprints
- Must have mig welding experience
- Tig experience is a plus
