NOW HIRING!!! A-Line is seeking customer focused Banking Call Center Representatives for an on site role in Johnston, RI! As part of our dedicated Contact Center team, you’ll support a national customer base through phone and online chat channels and may specialize in specific banking products over time.


Banking Call Center Representative

Location: Johnston, RI (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Normal Business Hours
Pay Rate: $19/hour


Position Overview

Our customers rely on our Contact Center Representatives to deliver exceptional service and support for their banking needs. In this role, you’ll help customers understand and manage their accounts by handling balance inquiries, basic account maintenance, transfers, and online banking support.

You’ll create positive, solution-focused interactions every day—whether you’re delivering a memorable service experience or resolving customer issues efficiently. As part of our dedicated Contact Center team, you’ll support a national customer base through phone and online chat channels and may specialize in specific banking products over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone and/or online chat
  • Provide accurate, timely, and high-quality solutions to customer needs
  • Create positive customer experiences through professional, empathetic communication
  • Identify opportunities to help customers bank better by recommending appropriate products and services
  • Develop and apply knowledge of banking products, services, and internal systems
  • Troubleshoot issues and determine appropriate actions to ensure effective resolution
  • Perform effectively in a fast-paced contact center environment using strong active listening skills
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs
  • Receive coaching and feedback based on recorded customer interactions to support performance and professional growth
