DATES:
Tuesday 3/10 & Thursday 3/12

⏰ TIME:
10:00 AM SHARP — just like your knives should be.

⚠️ Be ready. Candidates may be asked to prove their skills on the spot.
This is your audition.

✅ YOU MUST ARRIVE WITH:
• Proper kitchen attire (black top/chef coat, pants, non-slip shoes)
• Highlighter + pen/pencil + notebook
• Personal kitchen tools (knives, peelers, etc.)
• I-9 Documents: ID/License + Social Security Card and/or Birth Certificate

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✔ Good attitudes — you don’t have to love everyone, but you will work with everyone
✔ Willingness to learn — old dogs can learn new tricks; stubborn ones won’t last
✔ Punctuality — early = on time, on time = late, late = don’t bother walking in
✔ Ready to work at start time — station set, assignment known, game face on
✔ Ability to work overtime when needed
✔ Willingness to travel between commissary and events
