Traveling Superintendent for Utility/Civil projects
- Base salary: 130,000 to 170,000 DOE based on a 5 by 10 schedule plus per diem and company vehicle

- Power line access road construction

What you will be responsible for
- Directing daily field operations, crews, and subcontractors across multi state projects
- Maintaining production goals, verifying quantities, and ensuring work stays on schedule
- Enforcing safety expectations and environmental compliance
- Coordinating equipment, trucking, materials, and site logistics
- Working closely with the Project Manager on progress updates and resource needs
What you bring
- 5 or more years supervising civil, utility, pipeline, or transmission access crews
- Comfort working and traveling in remote locations across multiple states
- Strong field leadership with a focus on production, quality, safety, and communication
- Experience working with heavy equipment, access road construction, environmental controls, and restoration work
