LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a reputable company located in Philadelphia, PA. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in customer care, specifically in handling regulatory complaints, coordinating investigations, reporting, and customer follow-ups. This role does not require a degree but demands a robust understanding of customer client care.

Location: Philadelphia, PA 19103
Job Type: 1-Year Contract (Hybrid – Work from Home on Mondays and Fridays)
Salary: $25–$28 per hour
Experience Required: 2–3 years in customer care
Education: No degree required
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage incoming complaints related to regulatory changes.
- Sort complaints based on power status (on/off) and adhere to resolution timelines (5 days for power off, 30 days for power on).
- Coordinate with other departments to investigate complaints and gather necessary information.
- Create detailed reports on the progress and findings of investigations.
- Type and format reports to ensure clarity and completeness.
- Follow up with customers to provide updates on complaint status and resolution progress.
- Maintain accurate records of all complaints, investigations, and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to resolve issues efficiently and empathetically.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in customer care.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and complaint handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate across departments.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency with customer care software and tools.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
- No degree required, but relevant experience is essential.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
