The Quickbooks Bookkeeper is responsible for managing financial records and ensuring the accuracy of transactions using QuickBooks software. This role includes maintaining clear and organized bookkeeping, conducting thorough bank reconciliations, and precise data entry to support financial reporting and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and manage financial transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between accounts
- Enter financial data efficiently and accurately into QuickBooks
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in bookkeeping
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting or related field
- Proficiency with QuickBooks software
- Experience with bank reconciliation and data entry
- Strong attention to detail
This job requires in person attendance Tuesdays 9 to 5pm.
