Position Overview

Evexia Metabolic Health and Longevity Clinic is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and patient-focused Clinical Assistant to support patient care and clinic operations. This role works directly alongside the provider to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for every patient.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and confident in a clinical setting—able to support both hands-on patient care and behind-the-scenes workflow with professionalism and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Support

• Assist the provider with patient visits to ensure efficient and high-quality care
• Document accurate and timely SOAP notes during or after patient visits
• Guide patients through prescribed rehabilitation exercises with proper form and instruction
• Answer patient questions related to exercises and treatment plans within scope
• Walk each patient up to the front desk after appointments to get scheduled for the next visit

Patient Care & Experience

• Maintain a professional, respectful, and supportive presence within patient rooms
• Build rapport with patients while upholding clear professional boundaries
• Ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit

Treatment Assistance

• Perform manual therapy techniques as directed by the provider
• Prepare treatment rooms prior to patient visits
• Clean and reset chiropractic/treatment rooms after each appointment

Clinic Flow & Operations

• Help keep the provider on schedule and maintain efficient patient flow
• Restock treatment rooms and supply areas as needed
• Monitor inventory of clinical supplies and communicate needs proactively

Administrative Support

• Respond to patient questions via email in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with documentation, patient follow-up, and care coordination as needed
• Support general clinic operations and workflow efficiency

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a clinical, healthcare, or rehabilitation setting (preferred)
• Strong understanding of anatomy, exercise, or rehabilitation principles (preferred)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail, especially with documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a clinical environment
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Schedule

• Part-time position (on-site in Edina, MN)
• • Monday: 8:00am - 1:00pm
  • Wednesday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
  • Thursday: 1:00pm - 5:00pm
  • Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm

Hourly Rate

• $17.00/hr
