We’re looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented Dispatch Support Specialist to help us deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do
- Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
- Coordinate portable tanks and assist with dispatch functions.
- Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and logistics teams.
- Provide backup coverage for dispatch systems during vacations or absences.
- Participate in cross-training to support multiple business areas.
- Coordinate dispatch schedules and route planning.
- Support fleet dispatch and fuel delivery operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational and scheduling abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn dispatch systems.
- Basic knowledge of mapping programs and geographical areas.
- High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.

Schedule
- Full-time, based in Slinger, WI.
- Ability to work weekends or extended hours on rotation.
