• Requested Date of Coverage and Schedule: Ongoing, full-time schedule
• Schedule Details: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Number of Shifts Needed per Month: Full-time (20+ shifts/month)

Clinical Details:

• Patient Population: Adult
• Case Mix: General Endocrinology including diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, and adrenal/pituitary conditions
• Procedures: In-office procedures such as thyroid biopsies preferred but not required
• Certifications Needed: Active Georgia medical license, DEA
• Trauma Level: Not applicable

Licensing & Privileging:

• Willing to License: No – active Georgia license required
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: Dependent on credentialing process
