Job DescriptionPosition Overview:
LHH is currently seeking an experienced customer service individual with healthcare experience! Our client in Albuquerque is needing an individual to liaise between physicians and clinical staff members, and schedule patient appointments, in a call center environment. This is an onsite position located in Albuquerque.
Hiring method: Contract to Hire
- Location: 100% onsite in Albuquerque
- Pay rate: $ 15.75-17/hour
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM OR part-time/swing shifts available
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling both inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment
- Liaising between clinical staff members/imaging specialists and physicians
- Sharing test results with physicians, as required
- Documentation into EMR system
- Scheduling patient appointments
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare call-center environment
- Or prior experience in a call center environment and medical front office experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctual and reliable with proven stability in previous roles
- Able to start as soon as possible
Pay Details: $15.75 to $17.00 per hour
