Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a 2nd Shift Die Cutter Operator position for our client.

Location: Eden Prairie, MN
Duration: Permanent Placement

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate Brausse die cutters.
Perform make-ready tasks and maintain production quality.
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance needs.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED.
1–2 years die cutting experience (Brausse experience preferred).
Mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Physical & Working Conditions:

Standing 90% of the shift; walking 10%.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work weekends as needed.
Closed-toe shoes required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $24.00 to $30.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also offered.
