This role will assist with routine financial and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of accounting functions during a period of increased workload.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records
• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
• Support reconciliation of accounts and verification of financial data
• Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
• Respond to internal inquiries regarding financial documentation
• Assist with compiling reports and summaries for management review
• Perform general administrative duties including scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence
