Job Description
The Warehouse Worker will efficiently manage the scanning and movement of packages using RF scanners and trucks in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided for operating stand up, center rider, and order picker equipment. Additional duties include printing labels and wrapping orders.
Responsibilities
- Operate RF scanners to scan packages.
- Use trucks to pick up and move pallets.
- Operate stand up, center rider, order picker (training provided).
- Print labels and wrap orders.
- Ensure efficient package handling and movement.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 1 year warehouse experience.
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs consistently.
- Basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with forklifts and RF scan guns is preferred.
- Proficiency in inventory, packing, and shipping processes.
- Experience in warehouse distribution and material handling.

Work Environment
The work schedule is primarily on the 3rd shift from 6 PM to 2:30 AM, with initial training on the 2nd shift from 10 AM to 6:30 PM for 1 to 4 weeks, depending on performance. Overtime is available and encouraged for those seeking permanent positions. The manufacturing environment is dynamic and can be messy due to paint processes, with a 10,000 square feet facility staffed by 40 employees.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milford, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $22.50/hr.
