This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with tools, learning new equipment, and seeing a job through from raw material to finished product. You'll work in a small, tight-knit manufacturing shop where quality matters and good work gets noticed.

Fenton Mobility builds equipment that helps people safely get on and off vans and mini busses. We manufacture custom mobility and accessibility products for public transit systems across the country. What You'll Be Doing

• Operate a wood router to cut parts using pre-set programs
• Load and unload wood materials onto the machine
• Start and monitor cutting cycles to ensure quality results
• Measure parts with a tape measure to verify accuracy
• Perform basic setup and changeovers (training provided)
• Assist with light assembly, sanding, or finishing work
• Keep your work area clean and organized

Background for this Router Operator Job

• Experience in assembly, woodworking, or general labor in a manufacturing or shop environment
• Comfortable using hand tools and reading a tape measure
• Willingness to learn how to operate shop equipment (training provided)
• Conscientious and take pride in doing good quality work
• Reliable with a strong attendance record
• No CNC or programming experience required. We will train the right person.
