Inforca International LLC is a rapidly growing distributor of automotive lubricants, chemicals, and maintenance products serving thousands of automotive repair shops, fleets, and industrial clients throughout Florida.
Our company specializes in high-quality motor oils, antifreeze, and automotive chemicals supplied in packaged and bulk formats. With an expanding customer base and strong growth trajectory, we are seeking motivated sales professionals to help us expand our footprint across South Florida.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Advisor responsible for developing new business relationships and managing existing accounts within the automotive service industry.
This role involves working directly with auto repair shops, quick lube centers, dealerships, fleets, and distributors to promote Inforca’s product portfolio and increase sales throughout the assigned territory.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with automotive repair shops, fleets, and commercial clients
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
- Present and promote motor oils, antifreeze, lubricants, and automotive chemicals
- Conduct in-person visits to customers and prospect accounts
- Manage and grow an existing book of business
- Provide product recommendations and technical guidance to customers
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Track sales activity and pipeline through CRM tools
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of sales experience (preferably in automotive, industrial supplies, or distribution)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel locally throughout South Florida
Preferred
- Experience selling automotive lubricants, parts, or shop supplies
- Existing relationships with mechanics, auto shops, or fleets
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
